We all need love and care and your luxury Phoenix candle needs some loving too.
So please make sure my wick is trimmed to 1 cm before lighting me.
Burn me for at least 1 hour each time, ensure my melt pool reaches the edges & don't leave me in a breezy area.
Don't light me and forget me, I will burn your house down so be safe and blow me out when I reach the 4 hour mark
Shipping & Handling
As we offer competitive prices on all our products, we use very affordable shipping rates within Australia.
FREE standard Sendle shipping is available Australia-wide on all personal shopping orders over $150. Express shipping will incur a surcharge.
If you are local to the Mackay area and would prefer to collect your items, please use this option at checkout.
Once the order is received, you will receive an automated confirmation email. Following processing and cleared payment, another email will be shared to confirm the order is being packed and on its way to you.
We aim to have your order dispatched within 48 business hours, however delays can sometimes occur. We will endeavor to contact you if there is a delay in dispatching your order.
All orders are sent using plenty of packaging to insure the safe arrival of your order. We are based in a coastal town in North Queensland, please allow upto 10 days for delivery.

We will contact you within three business days upon receiving your call or email to confirm the details and options. Please keep your receipt for proof of purchase and the faulty product in question.
Please note we cannot accept the return of opened or used products that are not faulty. Therefore, we do not accept returns or provide refunds or exchanges due to a change of mind or ordered the wrong product.
